To elevate the standards of excellence in the beauty industry through education and sharing our proven formula for business growth.
I’ve been fortunate to build my salon from a team of five in just one location in 2008, to a team of over 90 in four locations in 2016. Our retail sales consultants started spreading the news of what we were doing to other salon owners, and The Pleas Formula developed organically.
On the surface, training the competition seems counter-productive. However, I believe that we all benefit when we are part of a movement that raises up our industry with more qualified teachers and mentors who are doing really well.
That ongoing drive to learn everything it takes—in our business and on our business—is what will make you realize your goals. Enjoying the journey is key. After 30 years, I still love coming to work every day, and I want you to connect with your passion.
