TAELOR PLEAS

Taelor Pleas is our Salon Culture Educator and is also an Educator at Cutting Loose Salon. She regularly visits salons and salon schools to share her insights to having a successful business by fostering a culture where your staff shares in your vision for what makes your salon different.

As a passionate advocate for education, Taelor has spoken at Paul Mitchell Business Revolution and traveled internationally as an educator for Balay Business. Constantly integrating solutions that help maximize business, Taelor has collaborated with companies like ZeeZor (the first business management platform with a focus on employee engagement) and Inspiring Champions.

Growing up in this industry, Taelor has learned every facet from sweeping in the salon during her early years to opening Protégé Salon by Cutting Loose at the age of 20. For her commitment to advancing the salon experience and her own portfolio of skills, she was recognized as the Young Professional of the Year in Sarasota. Taelor has invested in numerous training seminars such as Fierce Conversations, Serious Business, Paul Mitchell the Gathering and Business Revolution, Immersion with Bumble&Bumble, Champ Camp, and Cash Flow Camp. She became a Certified Dream Coach®because she believes that if you can dream it, and are passionately committed, you can achieve it.

Born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, Taelor enjoys spending time with people who also consider themselves “allergic to average.”
